Completed 2011-2012 Summer Projects

One of the ways SSRC forms connections between researchers is by establishing a range of researcher networks. So far, there are networks focused on international development, rural and regional change, social policy, and the social science of health.

Summer Studentship Programme
Summer Studentship Programme SSRC summer studentships are now integrated into University of Canterbury Summer Scholarships. Information about these scholarships is available on this from 26 August 2013.

e-Social Science
A key research area within SSRC is e-Social Science where the social sciences meet Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Grid computing technologies. SSRC is involved in four funded research projects in this area that have resulted in a number of publications.
